We do not use a fixed thread color for lettering. The thread color is carefully chosen to match the overall embroidery design in a balanced and aesthetic way. If you have a specific color in mind (e.g. black, white, beige, brown…), please leave a note with your order and we will follow it accordingly.

✋ Hand-Stitched = Small Variations
All embroidery is done entirely by hand – not by machine. As a result, small differences in spacing, size, or stitch alignment may occur. These are not flaws, but part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade items.

📦 Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Each product is designed and made-to-order based on your request. As such, we do not offer full refunds unless there is a major issue. That said, we’re always happy to work with you to find a fair solution (partial refund, replacement, etc.).
